Available Fuel Operability Services Include:
- Tank sampling, testing and evaluation: Guttman Oil provides a simple-to-use sampling kit with everything needed to pull a fuel sample and ship the fuel to a certified testing lab for a complete analysis. A trained Guttman Oil professional will then meet with you to review the results and address any concerns identified.
- Water, microbials, fungus and yeast remediation: If these pollutants are found in your storage tank, Guttman can help you develop a remediation strategy that may include water and sludge removal and treatment with specialty additives. Beyond addressing the immediate problem, we will help you identify and correct the root cause to prevent future occurrences.
- Diesel Winter operability: Because winter additives can react differently to various diesel fuels, each year Guttman Oil does extensive research to identify the winter additive formula best suited for the diesel available in our market area. For each customer, we develop a fuel treatment plan that may include winter additive or kerosene depending on the individual customer needs. In addition, we offer a complete line of specialty additives such as de-icer and emergency winter diesel fuel additive, and provide advice on how best to prepare for the coldest winter temperatures.
- Fuel system equipment best practices: You may not spend a lot of time thinking about fuel tanks, dispensers, filters, card-readers, or automatic tank gauges, but we do. We keep up-to-date on the latest equipment developments, regulations, and equipment maintenance best practices so you can concentrate on other aspects of your core business.
